Q: I am a retailer. How do I order your products?
A: We'd love to see our product in your store! Please fill out our Contact Form and we will get you out a catalog immediately.

Q: Can I purchase your products from this website?
A: We sell our products direct to retail. You can contact us and we'd be happy to assist you in finding a store near you that carries our line. Don't forget to tell us where you live and what product you are interested in.

Q: I don't have a store nearby that carries your products. What should I do?
A: Please give us a call at 781-933-3535 or email customerservice@bostonamerica.com for a list of online retailers. If you still cannot find the product you are looking for with one of the online retailers we can then take an order over the phone. We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Q: Can I buy bulk from you directly for a party/function/etc.?
A: We are happy to accommodate orders of 100 pieces or more. Please email sales@bostonamerica.com for further information.

Q: Are you able to make custom tins/drinks for my company/function/social group?
A: If you are interested in doing a custom run, please email mkavet@bostonamerica.com. Our minimum order quantity is 10,000 pieces per tin design and 15,000 pieces per drink design.

Q: What is the nutritional information on your mints and candies?
A: Please visit our nutrition facts page.

Q: Are your mints and candies dairy-free?
A: Our products do not contain any milk powder or dairy ingredients.

Q: Are your mints and candies melamine-free?
A: Yes, our products do not contain any milk powder or dairy ingredients.

Q: Are your mints and candies nut-free (peanuts/tree nuts)?
A: Our products do not contain any nuts and are manufactured in nut-free facilities.

Q: How can I tell if the candies have expired?
A: All our product are Julian Coded. Please email info@bostonamerica.com for an explanation of the specific product you have in question.

Q: Have your tins been tested for lead?
A: Yes, all our tins are tested for lead prior to export.

Q: Do any of your lip balms contain gluten, sesame seed oil, tree nut oil or poppy seed oil?
A: No, our lip balms do not contain these ingredients.

Q: Are any of your beauty products tested on animals?
A: No.

Q: Are any of your beauty products vegan-friendly?
A: No.
